- Early-bird registration (until February 12, 2023): Staff 240€ (society members of DFKG), 280 € (non-members of the DFKG), students and accompanying guests 120 €.
- Normal registration (after February 12, 2023): staff 300 € and students 150 €, respectively.

An online registration form will be made available on this site by January 14, 2022. After March 12th, please register directly via mail to conference@ipc.uni-stuttgart.de or by phoning Elisa Ilg (+4971168564491).
Registered delegates are able to attend all conference talks, poster sessions and exhibitions. The registration fee includes coffee breaks and the conference dinner.
Cancellation conditions: 100 % refund 5 weeks prior to the start of conference; 25 € cancellation fee 3 weeks prior to the start of conference. We cannot offer refunds after the above mentioned dates.
Note: Accommodations must be booked separately. The accommodation page provides information on different hotels and the distance to the planned conference location.
Each participant will need to make his own reservation.
